The Regulatory Reform Act
The Regulatory Reform Act (Fire Safety) Order 2005 or ‘RRO’ governs all aspects of fire safety in England and Wales. Any person who has some level of control of a premises must take reasonable steps to reduce the risk from fire and make sure people can safely escape from fire if one should occur.
